 + -1 moreI am extremely happy with him and the way he did the work. The final inspection will be done on Monday. They have been working over the last 5 months. All of the subs he used were very easy to work with. They were open to the homeowner's suggestions and they jumped on it right away. They were very flexible. He was very open to accommodating any and all changes. He was very, very easy to work with. I am very, very pleased with the entire process and the final product but there is always room for improvement. The price was a little bit on the higher side. I am planning to use him again for some other work on the house.
Description of Work: I used Ben Leland Construction to build a deck.

Description of Work: We had a problem with water intrusion on our second floor master bedroom french doors. After dealing with several door companies over the past 8 years and replacing the doors three times, I had had enough. My neighbor used Ben to build a two story add on to his home and the work quality was excellent, so I gave Ben a call. He suggested the Milgard all vinal replacement door for the bedroom, ordered it and it arrived two weeks later. The install took about two days, and when it was done one of the door panels (there were four panels total) was not lining up correctly. Ben called Milgard and they replaced the panel without the usual BS about improper install etc. that window and door companies use to avoid extra cost. The doors are perfect, Ben is a great guy to work with and I recommend him highly.
