+ -1 moreIt well very well. Geoff's team did a good job. The only issue I had was his responsiveness, which I understand is common for contractors moving around on inspecting job sites.
Description of Work: fixed issues such as incorrectly installed underlayment, flashings and broken tiles as discovered in roof inspection.

+ -1 moreBaynes Roofing came highly recommended by a next door neighbor of mine who had recently used the company for a re-roof. After calling Geoff (the owner) he came out to work up a quote and took the time to educate me on how to properly install a roof and the reasons why roofs start to fail (like mine was). Within a couple days I was personally presented with a quote. The price came in 15-20% below two quotes that I obtained a few years back. Geoff also informed me the he had recently re-roofed the house behind me (looks great) and did repairs on yet another home across the street. Once I selected a tile, the crew got started the following Monday. It took a little over a day to remove the old concrete tile and another to prepare the roof for the new tile. By Friday morning the project was complete, including the installation of the (2'x4’) skylights. I am still impressed with the cleanup that was done at the end of each day. The crew was also very friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. I am very happy with my decision to go with Baynes Roofing. Geoff is true to his word, professional, and I felt his pricing was exceptionally fair.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced 25 year old concrete tile roof. Purchased and installed two skylights, plus framing and drywall work.
