Repair was fine, I objected to the 370% parts mark up. I should have negotiated this up front, my bad. When I addressed the unreasonable mark up I was told "thats what we pay"...wow $30-$50 free shipping all over the web and they charged me $111.00 (less $15 off after I complained). I would expect 100% mark up but not 3x. I wont use them again.
Description of Work: Repaired my Leaky washing machine.

Had near new washer- called - came out said needed entire back assembly for footing on washer- 3 weeks later- using the local laundramat all this time - I called 3 x's in the last 5 to see if part came in- was told they would not come out unless I okayed a single leg $2 was their cost. He hammered on the new washer for a good 5 minutes sounding like it was breaking something and put on the new leg and wanted his $250- my husband refused so the repairman said he was calling police- just to get him gone he got the money.
Description of Work: Wobbly washer. Still wobbly.
