Description of Work: Jorge analyzed the reason for the refrigerator not cooling. He stated that the "Electronic Board Control" needed to be replaced at a cost of $386. This part is actually called the "Adaptive Defrost Control." The Maytag Parts House on the Internet quoted this part at $61.65 plus tax and shipping.

The repairman was friendly, knowledgable and honest. On time, efficient and helpful.
Description of Work: Checked the washing machine, drained the water, assess the problem and told us that it was rusted out and needed to be replaced. Suggested some discount appliance dealers.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL OVER THE PHONE, AND PRETTY MUCH DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM BEFORE THEY CAME OUT. THE TECH. WAS ON TIME, AND HAD THE NEEDED PART WHEN HE ARRIVED. THEY ONLY GAVE A 30 DAY WARRANTY.

I AM IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY'S ABILITY TO MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FEEL COMFORTABLE. THE REPAIR MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAD A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE. THEY SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY WHICH IS THE BOTTOM LINE.
Description of Work: I NEEDED MY DRYER REPAIRED. APEX APPLIANCE SERVICE COMPANY CAME OUT AND REPLACED A HEATING COIL IN MY DRYER.

BAD EXPERIENCE. THE FIRST TECH THAT CAME OUT SAID IT WOULD BE $75; HE NEEDED TO ORDER A PART. I PAID A $25 DEPOSIT WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE A FEW DAYS FOR THE PART. THE TECH DIDN'T COME BACK TO WORK. THE COMPANY COULDN'T FIND HIM. THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS NEEDED TO FIX MY DISHWASHER. ONE WEEK LATER THEY CAME, FIXED IT FOR $180. LATER THEY REMOVED $10 OFF THE BILL FOR ME TO CANCEL THE $25 CHECK GIVEN TO OTHER TECH. HAD I KNOWN THIS WAS GOING TO COST $180 INSTEAD OF $75 I WOULD HAVE JUST REPLACED THE STUPID THING. UNHAPPY.
Description of Work: REPLACED KEYPAD ON THE DOOR OF THE DISHWASHER. THE DISHWASHER WOULD NOT RUN AT ALL.

I PICKED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE FIRST ALPHABETICALLY. THEIR RESPONSE TIME WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND THEY DID A CLEAN AND THOROUGH JOB ON MY APPLIANCE. THEIR SERVICE MEN WERE POLITE AND DETAILED IN THEIR EXPLANATION FOR WHAT NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: BOTH MY WASHER AND DRYER BROKE WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF EACH OTHER. THEY REPAIRED THE BROKEN CLUTCH ON THE WASHER AND THE HEATING ELEMENT ON THE DRYER. THEY WERE QUICK AND COURTEOUS. THEY EXPLAINED THE NEEDED REPAIRS IN DETAIL AND WROTE THE ESTIMATE. THEY QUICKLY FIXED MY APPLIANCES EACH TIME. BOTH OF MY APPLIANCES WORK LIKE BRAND NEW. THE DRYER USED TO TAKE OVER 1 HOUR TO DRY THE CLOTHES, NOW IT IS DRY IN HALF THAT TIME, AND MY CLOTHES DO NOT COME OUT OF THE DRYER WRINKLED. THE GENTLEMAN WHO REPAIRED OUR WASHER, SERGIO, WAS A QUIET MAN WHO WAS SERIOUS ABOUT HIS WORK. I LIKED HIS WORK ETHIC. I WILL DEFINITELY FEEL COMFORTABLE CALLING THEM BACK AGAIN FOR ANY OTHER APPLIANCE REPAIR I MIGHT NEED.
