I contacted Matt Smith at Zip Realty regarding a home we are listing in Concord. Also contacted other Realty companies in order to find the best people to serve our needs in selling the property. Matt arrived at the property at the appointed time and spent a good long time with us going over things we needed to do to before listing the home. Matt gave us an estimate of the home worth and the time he expected it to be on the market. Matt arrived well prepared and ready to list the home for us if we decided to go with Zip Realty. There was no pressure to list with Zip Realty, which we appreciated. The location of Matt's office is too far from the home in Concord so we decided to list with another Realty company based closer to the house. At the time I set up the appointment with Matt I didn't realize his office was so far from the home in Concord. Matt was gracious and understanding about our choice of another Realty company. Zip Realty and Matt Smith would be a great choice for anyone who is selling a home closer to Emeryville. I have no doubt that Matt would be easy to work with throughout the sale of a property.

They are good, just remember to be very specific in what area or region you wanna live in, because they have deals all over. In our case, we gave them an 8 block radius and they found an amazing deal for us. A 4 bed room house and it has a very great neighborhood.

We worked with Bichere, every Saturday for months, to help find a new home in Boston (we moved from out of state). Bichere really went the extra mile for us, and put up with us being very picky about the house we wanted to buy. I'm sure he showed us about 60 houses.
