+ -1 moreWalter provided an estimate and shared the work involved. Additionally, he went on to provide an alternative solution that required no electrical work. In a day where people are looking to sell, I really appreciated his genuine approach to solving my problem. I did decide to move with the alternative, but if the require future electrical work, Walter will be my first call.
Description of Work: Walter came out to meet with me to give me an estimate on potentially adding an outlet. First, he contacted me over the weekend which went above and beyond my expectations since it wasn't an emergency. Secondly, when he arrived he trouble connecting with, but came back after we were able to connect and provided the estimate.

Description of Work: Walter BAILED on us after we had confirmed dates to redo all the electrical, including removing all the knob and tube. Per his direction, we removed all the insulation in the attic. And afterwards, because he bailed on us, we were stuck with a hot house with no insulation. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

+ -1 moreWalter is responsive to phone / emails, arrives punctually, and does quality work. He charges hourly and does not provide a fixed cost, but he usually has a pretty good idea of how long something will take. He is also a friendly guy and we trust his judgement. He is easy to work with.
Description of Work: Replaced electrical subpanel, added circuit breaker, misc grounding / electrical cleanup work.

+ -1 moreHe was very reasonably priced. He was one of the least expensive of all the ones that I had called. He fixed something for me even when he came for the estimate at no charge. He was very neat and precise. He did a great job. He was easy to work with and patient. He was willing to answer questions. He was creative and gave some ideas for how to accomplish adding fixtures.
Description of Work: Walter Liebe replaced circuits and outlets about a year ago.
