These guys are great. At the showroom, I got some very good advice about surface options and how the process works. I am not a DYI person, so needed some assistance. All steps were handled in a very business like and clear manner. The price was good and the folks who did the work were very professional. I plan to use Sullivan to do more of my kitchen and bath counter remodeling.

They've lost the countertops. One thing I'm interested in with Sullivan. Most of it turned out perfect except for one person. When they scheduled the appointment they were good. I would use them again in the future.

Sullivan's did an outstanding job in all aspects of the project. They took great care when they did the work in our house to protect our new hardwood floors. Their attention to detail was excellent and the outcome is perfect.

My husband was so impressed with the overall job Sullivan Countertops did for us that he insisted I write a review asap! From the time we stepped into their showroom in Emeryville to the installation of the final product these folks were fantastic. In the showroom as we were trying to narrow down our selections and wanted to see larger pieces of the Corian samples the salesman (sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name but this was on a Saturday) went back into their fabrication room and found the largest pieces available so we could compare with our other products (wall tile/floor tile) to see how they stood up. He really went above and beyond. They assign a project manager to each job - Ron handled ours and he spent a full day discussing our job with us, asking questions, measuring and even went back to the shop to make a template for the tub surround and brought it back to be sure we were all on the same page and the finished product would be what we were expecting as well as making sure it would fit as designed! The two men who came to install our countertops did such an incredible job my husband was in awe of their work as well as the finished product. You can't see any seams - you would not know there was a seam in the tub surround unless someone told you and even then it almost impossible to see it. We chose cove finishing for our sink countertop backsplash and again any seam is almost invisible. From start to finish this part of our bathroom remodel has been the highlight - Sullivan was very responsive, provides high quality product and service, very competively priced and so fast in turnaround time from the time we chose our countertops to the time of installation - less than 2 weeks! - we highly recommend this company.

Excellent work, price was less than two other places we checked -- would recommend and would use again. Very happy with our new quartz countertops.

I think my project was just too small for their radar. I got the estimate, but no one ever followed up to see what my plans were.

SULLIVAN COUNTERTOPS Sullivan Countertops, people in the office, were really patient with us, gave us samples to take home,and were very helpful. They helped us coordinate the scheduling of the work with some plumbing work we were having done. It was a big pleasure to work with them, their workmanship and professionalism was excellent. The guys who did the tear out and install were wonderful, it was an and quot;Aand quot; job!

TWO GUYS CAME OUT ON AN EARLY SATURDAY MORNING AND PROMISED TO BE DONE IN 3-4 HOURS. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN 3 HOURS AND CLEANED THE PLACE PERFECTLY. VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB.
