FixEm Appliance Repair

I have a 16 year old gas dryer that suddenly stopped heating. I was hoping to get a few more years out of the unit, so I contacted Fix Em for an estimate. They came out quickly, were on time for their appt, and gave me an estimate for the repair. I decided that it had more good years left, and to purchase a new one seemed premature. They came back with the appropriate parts and now my dryer is happily running again. They are total professionals.

Mo was great. He came the very next day, showing up punctually and working hard to discern the issues and get the job done. He guaranteed his work and offered to return without charge should he need to. He seemed knowledgeable and professional coupled with a friendly demeanor.

Very well. Very organized and methodical in repairing and cleaning a stacking water/dryer. He is very astute about repair and was informative in what had to be done to finish. Fix-Em repair was the only company who could make it to my house on the day I called. Two others said it would take a week to send someone out. I highly recommend Fix-Em Repair. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable.

FixEm surely delivered! Nathan was my repairman, he was thorough, explained what the issue was, showed me why I had this issue, and fixed it promptly. The service was excellent and Nathan is awesome! I highly recommend FixEm!

These guys are excellent! I lost a pair of earrings in my washing machine and was doubtful that I would ever see them again. Mo came out and not only located the earrings, but gave me a fair price and showed compassion knowing the importance of the earrings. I also had them come out a second time to clean the dryer and vent. They were thorough, considerate and friendly, and respectful of my home. They did a great job! I would hire them again without question!!

Wellll, it would have been better if it were fixable. The machine’s electronics failed and is longer made....not able to get replacement parts easily. Would likely have been more expensive to replace all parts that had failed than just buy new. The Fix Em Repair Man was very thorough and up front with the issues. Will definitely recommend. A bit of miscommunication to start with but a very stormy day causing everything to slow down.

Nathan was knowledgeable, competent, thorough, and articulate. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explain the next steps needed to fix the problem. The cost to do this was extremely reasonable. I’ve already recommended to my neighbor that he call FixEm for his problem.

Perfecto! Mo came out same day as contacting. He correctly repaired the previous service company's shoddy work and got the ovens working in tip top shape. The parts & wiring needed were with him and installed in no time at all at a reasonable price. He was completely knowledgeable with the range/oven unit and explained in detail how the ovens were previously repaired improperly and why they failed. Everything working superbly now. They were top notch. Just fantastic. I called later afternoon and they came within 24 hours to service my washing machine. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. Handed their knowledge back down to me. I recommend them.

Nathan from FixEm Appliance Repair was great. When he got here he was friendly, explained everything he was doing, what was wrong with my stove, and what the parts would cost me. I appreciated his cheerful efficiency as well. Their customer service rep Moses was also very efficient, this company has full transparency and was open about the entire process from the initial phone call to my fixed stovetop they are Amazing! Will definitely recommend them!!!
