+ -1 moreWorking with Dianna was a great experience. My wife and I have worked with other agents in the past and have been disappointed. Dianna was quite a contrast to your typical agent. She was very honest and up front from the get go, gave us helpful advice, and kept on top of the sellers agent, escrow officer and mortgage broker to make the transaction flow very smoothly. She kept us informed every step of the way and managed our expectations to avoid surprises. She also was great helping us find contractors, cleaning services, and gardener. To top it off, Dianna has a great personality and a sense of humor. I would recommend Dianna to anyone looking to buy a house and in fact will recommend her to my friends. Plus, as a buyer with Zip, you receive a percentage of the fees back after title is recorded.
Description of Work: This review is for Dianna True Schollmeier in particular. Dianna helped us put an offer on a home and shuttled all of the paperwork to/from the seller in a timely fashion. From offer to close the entire transaction went smoothly thanks to Dianna.
