COMPUTRONIX

It took Computronix three and a half weeks to make a printer repair that they originally estimated would take 4-5 days. At the end of the first week, I was told they needed to order parts & it would take a couple days longer than originally projected. When I called again four days later, it was apparent that they had not even ordered the parts yet. I had to call this company about a half dozen times during the weeks they had my machine, and several times I was told they didn't have any answer & would call me back within a few minutes. Not once did they call me back. When at last they confirmed that the machine was repaired & ready for pick-up, I found that my machine was missing its paper-feed support. The technician rooted around among the other R300s on his shelves, took a support off another customer's machine, & put it on mine. After witnessing that, plus the ridiculous delays & their poor responsiveness, I would never have my equipment repaired by this company again.

They are quick to get the job done & quick at fitting you into their schedule. They do excellent work. They are very professional & courteous. They have a good price range & know their stuff when it comes to computers.
