I have mixed emotions because they have awesome customer service but I paid about $400 and there was no change to my AC—still not working. I had already scheduled a return visit so when I called and said no change they immediately ordered another part which was installed same day as package that was originally planned. Total cost was $1600. I now have AC and am thrilled but the price seems high. I’m also wondering what I paid $400 for.

Overall service was very good with reasonable pricing. He basically diagnosed each everything and suggested good options for future maintenance also.

The crew was in a great mood and very pleasant to be around. They let us know up front that it would take two days, and they finished in time. They did a great job, very efficient.
