I have mixed emotions because they have awesome customer service but I paid about $400 and there was no change to my ACstill not working. I had already scheduled a return visit so when I called and said no change they immediately ordered another part which was installed same day as package that was originally planned. Total cost was $1600. I now have AC and am thrilled but the price seems high. Im also wondering what I paid $400 for.
