Utilized for dealing with pigeons, and swallows nesting. The estimate for their work was very reasonable but we particularly chose them for their professionalism. They provided work and came back out on two occasions to adjust minor issues, which was done very quickly and with no complaint. We could happily recommend their services.

Brent came out to my house to check on squirrels in my attic and skunks under my house. He found all the places that they could be coming in and fixed them. He set out traps to make sure they will be caught if thereâ s any left there. Brent was very likable and professional.

I had Zepol Labs out to mitigate a problem I had with woodpeckers on my house. The “fix” seems to be working. Happy with that. The clean-up could have been a bit better. But, overall, I was pleased with the service.

Brendan came back a second time without charge and eliminated a persistent nest of yellow jackets. He made sure they were finally gone. He was punctual and perservering; he did a great job and I shall recommend him to anyone who has a pest problem though I don't think he can get rid of annoying colleagues.

These young man called Brandon came to help me with my ant problem. He charged me $69 and sprayed the outside of my house and swept off the spider webs. 2 days later the ants in my kitchen were NO better. I phone Brandon several times and my calls were ignored. Do NOT use this company...service is terrible. I wasted my money!

I’ve used Home Advisor twice in the last 60 days and am a huge fan of the referral service. After securing a few estimates, I went with Zepol to address a problem with rodents in the attic. They responded quickly to my call, and the job was completed within 2 business days. They closed up all of the entry points to the attic and garage, installed a sweep guard to an exterior door, and set traps in the attic. The job was completed quickly, in about 2.5 hours. Their price was highly competitive compared to other estimates. They are just nice people, courteous, respectful and helpful. Dog friendly. Great price and great work! Thank you Brent Lopez and team. BTW, this job also includes cleaning and sanitizing in one of their future visits. Beyond satisfied!

We were very impressed with Zepol Labs. Brent was thorough in examining our property before submitting his extremely professional proposal. Brent and Brandon arrived promptly, efficiently corrected the "bird problems" , and cleaned/sanitized all the droppings. Our house looks great! The best thing is-- no birds!

Zepol Labs was so responsive to my needs. They offered to split payments if I needed. Brendt did an amazing job! I had a pigeon issue. The pigeon area was power washed, treated and they screened my balcony with pigeon netting. It looks so good, and is practically invisible. It was hard work that was done professionally, carefully and ends my issue with the pigeons. My HOA approves their work because Zepol Labs knows what they're doing. Thank you!

They were quick to come and check out the job, quick to send an estimate and prompt with getting the work done. Very easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

Overall, the work they did was great. Brandon came out and looked at at the area where we had our rodent problem and went outside to see where other entry points might be. He also looked in the garage for gaps that rodents could get through. Then the work starts. Im giving them three stars not because of the job they did. They did a great job sealing the areas that needed to be sealed, putting in a camera in the attic to monitor activity and setting traps as well as the cleanup and sanatizing. The three stars were because of communcation and scheduling issues on their part. Not once did they arrive at the time we scheduled. The first day they were an hour late. The second time they came they were almost 3 hours late because one of the tech guys misunderstood the time they were supposed to be at my house. The third time they were 15 minutes late and the forth no one showed up. I called Brandon to find out what happened and it turned out that one of the guys that was supposed to come called in sick. Well, nobody called to notify me. I was waiting at my house for an hour after the scheduled time and no phone call. Because of that I had to reschedule to the next day and then move a different appointment on that same day to another day. That was a little frustrating. So Brandon came out the next day, but I was expecting two people. It turned out the guy that was supposed to come with him had to do another job because the same guy that was supposed to come out on trip #4 called in sick again. Brandon did vaccuum up the attic and replaced the contaminated insulation but didn't disinfect. The fog machine they use was with the other guy at another job, which meant they'd have to come back again. By this point I was fit to be tied. Brandon was going to talk to his techs to have someone come out to finish since he was going on vacation in a couple of days, but I don't think he did. At that point I contacted owner and he fixed everything.
