Our rat infestation brought us only one critter, but worker managed to block off various openings around the house and built a deterrent for a pesky bird at windows. Just seemed like a lot of money for one rat, but I think the block offs may keep others out. You never know. Saul signed us up for insect deterrent.

Brent and Saul were extremely helpful in getting rid of our roof rats. They made multiple visits and apply several measures until no more rats remained. They repeatedly assured me that "it's what you paid for", when I felt like they were going above and beyond with their follow-up visits.

The team at Zepol Labs were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They always kept us informed. They were on time to appointments and called or sent a text before arriving. Their service is excellent. Not to mention.. they are very friendly too!

Upon calling and explaining our problem they addressed our issue with a proposed solution. They did NOT try to high pressure sell us a monthly contract. When they came out the service technician was professional and honest and again no upselling. Will definitely call again if needs be.

They did very good work but they aren't the low dollar guys but the work was done and the animal caught. Bat flying around inside the house. They patched up openings outside where the bat could of gotten in. Great job Saul.

The job was started last week and won’t be finished for two or three weeks so will know more then. There was a mixup & they were a little late with the start after the estimate was done.

These guys are amazing! I have had rodent problems for five years and have tried multiple different companies and no one has been able to get rid of them. Brandon and his staff are very knowledgeable and was able to clear them out and seal the house and now my problem is finally gone!

They come in and they are very helpful, very jolly and with no frowns. They are very friendly and they did the job at a very reasonable rate. They actually did an excellent job. They did termite extermination and I have not seen a termite since. He can also spot other causes or concerns; like my rose bushes were malnutrition and he suggest I give them some food and they perked right up. He sprayed all my other flowers and roses and they are all perking up. I have beautiful roses now.
