Mike and his team did a great job on my flooring but failed to finish the job. My baseboards are only half done and there are repairs that need to be done on my stairs. I have contacted him multiple times by phone and text. He has responded by saying he will get it scheduled and then never call back or show up. I would have never hired him if I knew about this horrible communication skills.

I like that they schedule their work one week at a time. They are quick and affordable. William is responsible and professional. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Never followed up. Never texted back basically just ghosted us. I mean atleast follow up and say hey we can't do the job so we can look into another contractor. Wouldn't do business with them again.
