Description of Work: THEY TOOK KEYS IN TO HAVE DUPLICATES MADE FOR MY HOME. I HAD TWO KEYS MADE AT THIS STORE.

+ -1 moreTHE WAIT WAS VERY LONG AND I HAD TO HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE PAGED TWICE. THEN THE PERSON STRUGGLED WITH THE KEYS, SO SHE CALLED FOR HELP. EVENTUALLY THE KEYS WERE DUPLICATED, BUT DID NOT WORK.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED SEVERAL KEYS DUPLICATED, YET THERE WAS NO ONE AVAILABLE FOR QUITE SOMETIME.
