+ -1 moreThe rep. showed up on time, was friendly and explained what he was going to do. He did tell us that we should start seeing dead bugs inside and out. We did! It has been two weeks since he sprayed and we are still seeing dead bugs. We did have to sign up for a one year contract. The initial spray was $40.00. Then they set you up to come out and spray again one month later. Then they come out every two months to spray and the charge is $72.00 every other month. We had tried using Home Defence for some time. It killed a lot of the roaches, but there were too many for us to keep up with. That's why we called a professional.
Description of Work: Their rep. came out and got rid of any spider webs outside the house. He then sprayed outside the house and the perimeter of our property. He came inside and sprayed also. He told us that there would be no odor, there was no odor. I explained to him about my two poodles that like to lick everything. He assured me that if they licked where he had sprayed, it would not harm them.

Description of Work: Service guy is very friendly. Wish they would have swept the furniture outside rather than just the eaves for spider webs. The $60.00 was for initial service (inside and outside). $72.00 is paid every other month when they spray outside only.

+ -1 moreVery professional salesman. Said person would be at my house between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to spray. Door bell rang at 11:32. Cleaned cobwebs off of eaves and then sprayed. Came inside and sprayed. He was professional, neat courteous. I recommend them highly .
Description of Work: Cleaned the eaves of cobwebs, sprayed to kill ants and spiders (I live in the country and have a lot of both). Came into the house, sprayed the base boards through out the house.

+ -1 moreI HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, AND IF I NEED THEM TO COME OUT OTHER THAN JUST THE ONCE A MONTH DEAL, THEY WILL COME OUT THE NEXT DAY OR MAYBE THE DAY AFTER.
Description of Work: WE HAVE THEM COME OUT ONCE A MONTH TO SPRAY OUR YARD FOR FLEAS, TICKS, SPIDERS, AND WHATEVER ELSE IS CRAWLING AROUND OUT THERE.
