Rudy's Lawn Care & Landscape

Rudy-the owner is a genuine/honest man...with that said I’m not sure he’s aware of how his office staff treats his clients. Signed contract detailing services provided for a one time clean up fee and weekly landscape maintenance. Clean up workers arrived with no direction as what contract entailed. The workers, through no fault of their own neglected to finish contractual services. Called to follow on Clean Up contract requesting work to be completed and was never able to communicate with Rudy, only the office staff. I left numerous messages for Rudy and was finally told Mari never forwarded the messages to him. Mari/Staff stonewalled any type of communication with Rudy. I feel that this issue could’ve been easily resolved with a quick conversation with him. Mari prevented Rudy a new client. Needless to say, I’ve cut my losses, paid the bill for cleanup and have moved on to another company.

I contacted three different contractors for cost estimates to landscape  my backyard, which was completely barren.  Of the three, Rudy was the most professional; he also worked with me to keep costs down.  When it was time to begin work, his crew was punctual each and every time he said they would be there.  I never had to follow-up.  If there were any questions or concerns regarding the work, Rudy was sure to contact me.  He addressed my every concern; I trusted him completely.  Him and his crew worked very, very hard and they actually finished ahead of schedule!  My entire backyard was transformed in a matter of days!  It went from a barren, dirt lot to a beautiful yard with sprinklers, lush sod, a raised flower bed, and river rock.  In my front yard, his crew also trimmed some severly overgrown shrub, installed new benderboard, and trimmed my tree!  I was so pleased with his workmanship,  customer service, and competitive pricing that I elected to use his weekly lawn service to maintain my entire lawn/landscape.  Once again, his crew is reliable and responsible.  Rain or shine, they show up every Tuesday to tend to my lawn, trim shrubs, and rake leaves, as needed.  On occassion, I've noticed they have even pulled a few weeds from my flower bed!  Rudy and his crew are the best!
