Iâ m a licensed real estate broker. Iâ m representing a seller of a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. No one had occupied the home for a couple of years and they had left it extremely dirty. That included a very nasty stove and oven, a fairly new refrigerator that was trashed inside. And there were spots on the laminate kitchen floor. I was doubtful that it could be restored.. I reached out to three maid services recommended by Angiâ s List. Only 2 called me back. Nanci, the owner of â Peace of mind cleaning, set an appointment to view the house right away. The person with the other cleaning service set an appointment initially but then canceled and gave me a price quote over the phone without having seen the house. Nanci, on the other hand set an appointment immediately and came right over. She gave a reasonable price quote for a crew of five to â deep cleanâ to the home. She was so professional in person it was clear she was the right person and company to hire. On the day of cleaning the crew showed up promptly snd begin work immediately. At one point during the cleaning Nanci was there also with her hands on. When the work was completed, The home was immaculate. It looked like a brand new home inside. The stove was restored to look like new throughout, The refrigerator was spotlessly clean. And the laminate kitchen floor gleamed like a brand new floor. All bathrooms were so clean and sparkling we couldnâ t believe they were the same bathrooms. The owner was so impressed that he said he might have them come back to do a deep cleaning once every year. Both Ithe homeowner snd I canâ t recommend Peace of Mind Cleaning highly enough!

We've been working with Nanci, Fern, Chris, and their team for over a year for regular house cleaning and we're very happy with the service we receive. The team is always punctual and efficient but do a great job of making our house clean. They've been great about instructions to focus on specific requests. Great communication and friendly staff

Nanciâ s crew is friendly, professional, and always exceeds our expectations. My wife and I both work and have two young children (1 and 4) and a dog. Needless to say, sometimes they have their work cut out for them. They do a great job at a reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning service.

The Peace of Mind house cleaning service did an excellent job for me. They are very professional and they are the best house cleaning service I have ever had.

Do not hire if you have pets! They were hired for a move-out level clean but in 8 hours (2 girls for 4 hours together) they barely managed a normal cleaning. I knew they had not cleaned the doors or baseboards (at least not with soap and water) as asked but every time I turn around more was not completed. They did not clean the soap off the shelf in the bathroom shower under the products. They did not even dust the electronics in the front room or attempt to clean the nose prints off the main picture window. After 8 hours I knew they were not capable of completing the job well and I just wanted them out of my house. When I voiced my concerns to the owner she was very responsive but I was told the girls were overwhelmed by the dog hair which was fully disclosed before they were hired as I have two shepherds. Considering I have all hard surfaces and no carpet and it vaccines right up, and they did not even start to attempt to clean up the floors until hour 7 the only conclusion I can make is that these employees should not be sent to work in a home with pets. I hired someone to come clean because I did not have the time and it was stressing me out. Turns out the lackluster job was just as stressful, I am out $350, and I still do not have a clean house.

I've hired Nanci on 2 occasions, one a move out clean to prepare a home for sale and the 2nd time as a deep clean for a home preparing for a new resident. In both cases, Nanci and her team excelled at what they do and gave us an experience worth the price of admission. Their attention to the details is second to no one....

Nanci did a great job for several of my properties. I now recommended her to some of my property managers and they all love her.

She shows up on time and does a spectacular job. After a few cleanings, she now lets herself in and she lets herself out and it all gets done. She is independent and I can rely with her at all times.
