They contacted me promptly and made my options for bug prevention very clear. They just performed the initial service so fingers crossed we make it through the summer without any bugs! Included in the service, free of charge, are extra visits as needed if any particular bugs, like ants, ever pose a problem! The service was very quick. Thank you!

I need them to bring an ant bate as flakes or granules so that the ants can carry it to the nest. They only sprayed. This would never eliminate ants only control the for a while. The business goes on. No this should not be the case. I want elimination for a long time. Can you please ask them to be more honest. Thanks

They came and searched for holes around the house. Installed some traps and a couple of poison boxes, then left. On the next scheduled date, they did not show up... without notice. Totally, not a reliable company at all.
