Arrived on time and successfully completed the job. I will call them again for other types of problems. My only concern was that our own employee had to add a small PCV pipe to the tip of their spray nozzle in order to fit it in the holes. I just don't know how this wound have been handled if our employee was not on hand.

Original quote was $399.The manager--Jeff double it at last minutes.I went ahead with the service because my tenant already took a day off for this .Besides,Jeff said it will take two guys from 7-4 or 5 p.m. to do the job. But it only took one guy from 6-2(includes 1 hour lunch break. ) The company should honor the original quote.IT IS TOO BAD,the job was done great. But the manager was BAD.

Had a problem in the attic w/ rat droppings. 15 yrs. worth. Hired them to Clean them up & patch up any entry points. Tech insured he got them all. 3 days later, master ducts came out to clean & replace ducts in the attic & said there owas still an enormous amount of droppings in the far corner section of attic ( master bed/bath)?? I don't go up there,

I don't know about the rest of the staff, but David was on time and extremely personable. He listened to my concerns, explained the treatment, and went about his work, quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with his efforts, the results will come later.
