The were prompt and professional. The technician asked relevant questions and then explained how he would go about dealing with our pest problem. His work was thorough and he kept me well informed about what he was doing - a very pleasant young man. The only thing I would like to share is that over the phone I got a quote for the job, but when the technician arrived he gave me an hourly rate. Some of the work involved trimming trees and I could have done some of that myself and saved some money. The technician was very helpful about explaining in detail about how we could avoid future problems. It's only been one day but I haven't heard any scurrying in the attic.

First time using this firm, so I only have the one experience to rate them on. Technician knew what he was doing, got to the work, answered any questions, and was professional in demeanor. I do know I could have gotten a cheaper rate elsewhere, but went with them because of the recommendation.

They were nice helpful and sprayed everything that they said they would. Price was great.. quick service and on time. I called a second time a week later to come back out again to spray another area and they were here in a flash.. good company to work with!!!

Very impressed with the expertize of the technician

Sue, the Pest did a good job spraying my 3 plum trees for red head caterpillers. The caterpillers look to be dead, but I will know (for sure) in a short while. The caterpillers ate more than half of the leaves, and this was before any leaves fell because of Autumn. I also felt that $179.00, plus $99.00 on a call back was high. Maybe not!!!

The one time service for ants didn't do the job. They wanted full price to do a second treatment.

Wasn't sure that everything was done. Missed the garage. But, other than that, I am seeing a few dead roaches and much fewer ants on my plants.

The customer service was good and the workers were good about explaining everything. The only thing I was somewhat unhappy with is that I was paying by the hour and the agent kept stopping to talk to me instead of talking and working at the same time. I was happy with the service outcome however. Their prices are reasonable as I compared with other companies.
