making the appointment got a bit messy, not too serious. The guys that came out, I didn't quite feel confident in their abilities, but it is just spraying, so I'll go with them for now.

I was just shopping around but Official Pest called me right away and set up a time to come out. Naomi showed up on time and worked over and above my expectations in 100+ degree weather. All with a smile. And a great price! Amazing!

Great company! Initially, I spoke with Brandon. He explained the available pricing options then setup an appointment. Tim arrived on time and we discussed what the issues were and where he was going to spray. He completed the job in less than an hour. Haven't seen any spiders since he sprayed. The next spray is in 30 days then quarterly.

The person that performed the work was professional and friendly. He immediately started work. The spraying of the house was great he knocked down spideer webs and wasp nest. There was no spray on the fence line in back yard., Also when it came to the rodent prevention a few boxes was left where customer advised they were seen. There was no attempt to see a location where they come from to strategically set bait. Later i found another area where rodents were evident. Called the center, representitive was nice and someone out the next day.
