Be sure that you completely understand what ground area around your house will be covered by the Tent. You may need to remove and replant some bushes/plants if you want to save them. Do not underestimate the time it will take you to prepare/double bag/remove items from your home. It took us over two weeks. It is almost as bad as moving!

I think they should come out and check on the rodent problem I have in the attic on a weekly basis not monthly.Obviously there's more than one and seems to me like they need to get trapped asap before they start to accumulate.Also they were supposed to come out and do full inspection of the problem and it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from anyone.

He told me everything I needed to know then did everything he needed to without me being there!

I received a call back less than a hour after my request was placed, around 8:30pm, and they were able to send someone out the following morning. Jeff was very courteous and thoroughly explained my options and costs. The gentleman that came the next morning to complete the service was equally friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

This company was quick to respond and get the service done and their customer service was great. The service man Trent was very thorough and explained everything, he addressed my concerns in a professional and knowledgeable way and I was comfortable with signing a 1 year contract. It did seem a little more expensive than what I was paying a few years ago however that was in a different part of California.
