Only had 1 visit so far but did more than i expected..be nice to have no rodents or black widows..

eric was very friendly, thoroughly did our inspection and gave a list of repairs that needed to be made with a cost to have the repairs done by him. we chose to have another company do the repairs. all repairs on eric's list were done to the letter. on eric's re-inspection, he dinged us on 2 other issues that were not part of the repair list. he was not quite so friendly now and i believe he picked on us for not using his company for the repairs. luckily, we had no issues with pests and took care of our problems without continuing with this company.

I am a senior citizen, they were very helpful financially.

Very professional and helpful. John spent extra time explaining many things to me and after one treatment I see a great difference in bugs mice already!!

Had an issue with ants and they came out and used a product that work ok. Still had some ants show up. Called them and they had someone out the next day and the ants have not comeback.

The work that was mandated for my VA loan by Official Pest Prevention was performed by APS Remodeling Construction. The two men sent to do the repairs and finishing work (Matt and Ron) were professional, courteous and the work performed was very good. I will consider both Official Pest Prevention and APS Remodeling and Construction for future needs.

The inspector was on time, he did his job with great efficiency in spite of the fact that I followed him around and talked about baseball, which is my passion.

The Technician explained everything, and didn't mind questions.

Very professional. We had a issue of attic rats that came through several nooks and crannies due to builder tolerances. Not any more. The tile roof was sealed off in ten places. The rodents are now looking for someone else's house to nest in.
