Official Pest Prevention has been in the pest control industry since the year 2000. We have experience working in residential, commercial, and special services arena. Our special services include total pest prevention including termite remediation and repair, exclusion services (e.g., rodent, bird, and bat), wildlife trapping, gopher, mole, ground squirrel abatement. We have made our mark on what the customer should expect from service professionals in the pest control industry; pest remediation and prevention, great customer service, fast response time, and a service that is effective and efficient. The people who they sent out to set up bait, inspect, and rodent-proof my house were all friendly and courteous. They each were on time for the appointment and completed their jobs efficiently. I think my rodent problem has been solved, at least so far so good.

My tenants left and there is a bad roach infestation. I called on the 4th of July and they immediately set up an appointment on July 6th. The techs were very professional and thorough I was also able to get my neighbor in the next condo to sign up. We both agreed to treat our units together because they are both attached. Very satisfied with the customer service so much so that I signed up for one year.

Very easy to set up service. No high pressure selling - they allowed me several days to decide without calling me repeatedly. Scheduling was easy to fit my needs. On site service was excellent - they said they would clear all spider webs - next day no webs anywhere I could see. Service was efficient and thorough. Very happy!
