I had swarming termites around my door and Official found significant infestation under the house. They outlined the process and what to expect and within 2 days they came out to treat the entire home. They spent an entire day and were prompt, professional thorough. Highly recommended

We live near the water and we were very distressed over a flea infestation in our home. Our 4 year old seemed to be the primary target and was miserable. My satisfaction started with the outstanding customer service representative. She assured me that they would eliminate our flea issue and was very empathetic as to my 4 year olds bites. I had to switch appointment dates at the last minute and I was accommodated. The technician was on time and very professional. My husband met with him and felt quite comfortable leaving him alone in our home. He explained everything he was going to do prior to starting and I am thrilled that the fleas appear to be eliminated. The cost is extremely reasonable and I feel at ease knowing that I have secured this service and there expertise on an ongoing basis.

They were extremely helpful in telling me the process, what I needed to do, etc. I did call them more than once, and received courteous help and answers to my questions each time. Their technician arrived within the allotted timeframe, and spent a good amount of time making sure everything was done. He did not rush through.

We had a huge cluster of bees on the front of our house under the eaves. When I talked to someone at Officlal on a Sunday, he told me that they would not only spray the bees, but dust powder in the attic, so the bees wouldn't come back. I wasn't home when they sprayed the next morning. I called later that day because they hadn't gone into the attic. A guy came out later that afternoon, but said they didn't do that. I have it in my notes that they did, so I think they just didn't want to go into the attic. When I hired them to come out for the bees for $98, I had to ask if there were any strings attached. There is. I had to sign up for pest control for a year, for $75 a spraying. I thought the house/yard would be sprayed every month, but that they billed every 2 months. II didn't understand that they were only going to spray once every other month, and I would pay $75 for each spraying. I consider that price inordinately high. I had already signed the contract on my phone to avoid delay, andI didn't find this out until the guy who came out that afternoon told me. After spraying, they told us we'd have to plug the small hole in the outside wall so it would seal the bees left in the attic and they would die and prevent bees from entering through the hole. We are 79 and 85 years old. I told him we didn't climb ladders anymore and how could we get someone here at the same time as they sprayed, because the bees come right back? He said they would seal the hole for $75 extra! I said no. After about a week, on a cold day, my husband climbed the ladder and sealed the hole with silicone. It didn't help. The bees are still here, and I have a beekeeper coming out today. We are very dissatisfied with their service and the day the contract expires, I am cancelling their service.

They were prompt. I thought the inspection was thorough.

U called for mice control and ended up in a year contract. They didn't do no more than what I did myself I didn't want to be conned into a year contract which I can't even afford. The mice are under control and it wasn't them who did it.now I'm stuck in a year contract which is not cool

They came on time and did a very efficient job.

Need to have a budget available.
