They mare me sign a 1 year contract BEFORE coming out and said it was required I do not believe that all that should be needed is a form giving the permission to Work on your premises Did not spray or treat backyard. They refused to return to do it and i cancelled them before 3 days was up the service person who came out polite and helpful but I don’t like the company rude when I called about the cancellation I think their policy making you signs 1 year contract before they come out is bogus Do not hire them

I had to take out a one-year contract which at the time was not the problem. However the house I was living in was sold after I'd been using the companies for about 4 months. They would not close my account I had to keep it open. However depending upon how you look at it I was quite lucky because my brother-in-law's house was overrun with rodents. So I transferred my account over to them although I'm still responsible for paying for it. They have a severe rat and mouse problem. The service is helping them although they are so completely overrun with rats that they haven't seen a lot of difference right now. However they know it's working because they have caught so many

The company has reasonable pricing, especially removing a wasp nest, excellent customer service and prompt service. The technician explained what he was going to do and if they pests/insects returned within the week, there would be no additional charge to come back. The Tech was very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

The workers have done a good job but I don't like the company, very uncooperative and a little pushy to buy more services.

The exterminator was very professional. He took special care to answer my questions regarding the spray and impact on my dogs. It's been 2 weeks now and I still have bugs in the house. The exterminator said to call and they would come out and spray again if needed in 2 weeks. I'll find out when I call.
