With so many companies to choose from Home Advisor made my first step to being pest free easier. After reviewing the recommended companies, I received a phone call within hours. Official Pest Prevention representative explained the options that may benefit my needs. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and not a pushy sales person. I was just as please with the pest control person who came to my home. He was also very professional, friendly and thorough. He listened to my concerns and assured me if I was not satisfied he would return as often as needed without extra charge. I live in the country with a severe outdoor rat infestation. I can not wait to be rat free.

Very good communication. Thorough inspection and recommendations. The job was small so subject to their minimum charge but I was able to get additional outside work included.

Work was done on the day promised. You need to ask them how many days, its not a one day turn around for me, it took them 4 days for the report to process.

james did my inspection and found 7000.00 in dry rot. even tho we we thought repairs were a bit much, we decided to let them do the repairs. we are refinancing our home and were trying to get the work done as quickly as possible, we were told it would take 4 days. the repairs took over 2 weeks since the contractor never showed up until I called and tracked him down,

They are not flakey like some company’s. When they schedule an appt. they come out and get the work done. If you need Exclusion work they are the company to call.

Needed a pest inspection for a VA refinance loan. The tech was on time and walked me through what he would be looking for. Once he completed the inspection he asked to verify my email address so they could send the completed inspection to me. Very happy with the service and would hire again should the need arise.

These guys know what to do when you have a problem with any type of pest they have taken care of all my properties for me which I have 4 that they are now servicing. Cost is reasonable and the technicians are always personable and let me know what they plan to do when on site. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this service.

I have been using their service for over a year now, and still have rat noise that keep me up at all hours of the night. The techs are very courteous and prompt, but they have been unable to get rid of the problem.
