Official Pest Prevention has been in the pest control industry since the year 2000. We have experience working in residential, commercial, and special services arena. Our special services include total pest prevention including termite remediation and repair, exclusion services (e.g., rodent, bird, and bat), wildlife trapping, gopher, mole, ground squirrel abatement. The lost star belongs to the office customer service, not the technician who came to service my house. I had a question regarding the recurring service I signed up for and the person on the phone couldn't answer and no one ever got back to me. The next day the technician came to service the house and was awesome. He explained what the service includes, we walked the perimeter of the house. I showed him a weird nest attached between the outside door and security gate. He told me what it was, and took care of them as well as a few others. He cleaned out all the webs under the eaves, knocked down the nests and sprayed to hopefully prevent them form coming back. He sprayed inside and out. Now a few days later I have found dead spiders in corners so I guess it's working. I signed up for the recurring service every 2 months.

Prompt service, friendly but not overly talkative, stayed professional and went over and beyond removing cobwebs around house and pool. Drove all the way from Elk Grove to Brentwood.

I am having a hard time getting anyone to call me back about my billing schedule. I am still seeing bugs scurrying around the house but it's only been 9 days since we started so I need to wait longer to see what happens. Trent is very nice and did a great job so far I think
