Our special services include total pest prevention including termite remediation and repair, exclusion services (e.g., rodent, bird, and bat), wildlife trapping, gopher, mole, ground squirrel abatement. Really can't provide an accurate rating yet of the treatment. It's only the first visit to get rid of rats. We won't know for a while whether it was successful or not. But the technician was professional and seemed to know what he was doing.

Official Pest Prevention originally was only supposed to spray inside my house for roaches, ear-wigs, spiders, etc. They not only sprayed inside and completely removed ALL pests, they sprayed my entire yard! Almost half an acre with no worry to my children and pets. They did an amazing job and come by every month to make sure there is no more pests. Two thumbs up!
