They came to help me secure the crawl space from ground squirrells. He never even went into the crawl space. Since the EPA does not allow baited traps, the only reco was to get a gun and shoot them. He could have trapped and set the squirrels free outside (since there are hundreds in our rural area). then filled in the hole behind the chimney and other entry areas. Terrible waste of my time.

Excellent customer service. I had rats making holes in my walls, I have a beautiful built in grill outside that I was unable to use because of rats making it their home. Within 1 week I saw a huge difference I no longer hear them in between my walls or outside. They do die outside and I have my son throw them away. I don’t know where they’re going now and I recommend them to my neighbors just Incase they have the same problem I did.
