Jeff from the company called me the morning of my enquiry and scheduled service for a rodent problem. There was a little mishap and the first appoinment was missed. Jeff was on it, he explained the situation and rescheduled us right away. Traps were set and everything was explained. Two of the culprits were caught that same evening! The service technicians, have been on time, professional and informative. We are canceling Terminex and continuing service with Official Pest Prevention.

Thank you to the staff including James & Angel who were so prompt & professional. They were the very first to call me back when I reached out to Home Advisor regarding a termite inspection. I got my detailed inspection w pictures & cost estimate same day so I could schedule the work immediately. The labor was complex but cleanly executed & explained by Angel & I didn't have to interrupt my schedule to accommodate the process

They are competitive. While they won’t let you out of your 1 year contract even if you don’t own your next house they bend over backward to help transfer to the new owners. They really did.
