Once they arrived, they did a wonderful job they were courteous and thorough. There was a two hour window in which they were supposed to arrive but their truck broke down and they did not call me so I had to call the company to find out what was happening since I had another service at another house with a 4 hr window. They eventually came and took care of it.

Rod, the technician that came out listened, explained what he was going to do & did it. Took less than an hour. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, effucient.

Coming out of a fire into a frying pan: the BRAND NEW storage facility in SAC had not only a huge infestation of roaches and rats, the 40' high warehouse roof leaked directly into my unit for over six months, causing damage and mildew on my furniture and roaches that infiltrated every clean box and piece of furniture I own; including my wardrobes. Devastating experience. This pest company made it a point of coming to my NEW BUILD HOME and spraying inside and out prior to my furniture arrival via movers. Roaches and mildew damage was pervasive thru out compromising what was left of my belongings following the fire. Though I have ALWAYS been steadfast in my pursuit to have regular pest control spraying in previous homes, this is my first experience with roaches, rats and mildew in a brand new home. This company had their man, Richard, return following the move into the home to spray again. I am grateful that they were compassionate in their understanding and in their immediate response to the ongoing chaos in my life. They assured me that they would return as often as needed to get rid of the roaches that were moved down with my furniture and boxes. This experience, following what happened in the fire up in Paradise, has completely exhausted me. I was appreciative of Official Pest Prevention & their immediate response to my nightmare.

Very considerate of novice customer. Knowledgable re: rat and insect "life style." Only suggestion: too much email information requested; e.g.. rating, reason why, etc. Overkill! Company also has multiple offices. I was given, or researched 3 phone numbers for this company. Headquarters are not in Fresno. I think a lot of my calls and conversations were forwarded to the out-of-town phone number. I feel as though the company has some very "high tech employer/employee" which can be a positive or negative. I will be using their local service for one year. At that time I can truly comment on the results.

I had to centipedes in my house, one Saturday night, one Sunday morning. Official Pest Prevention came out Monday morning at 6 AM, to my great relief. I donâ t know how effective it is yet, as it was just done this morning, but I appreciate the fact that they accommodated me so quickly, as I was quite distraught.
