Arrived on time. Polite and cleaned up after. Explained the procedure and the cycle of termites so I could be aware of what to look for.

Daniel and Roderick explained everything step by step and make us feel confortable with the work performed.

I think is was Stephanie that came out for the initial treatment... She was great. She even noticed some mites in my bushes and sprayed for them! I was going to ask her to do that, but, she had beat me to it!!! That's awesome service.... She did a great job!!! So, far I'm extremely impressed with their personnel and the job they did. It's wonderful when someone sees what needs to be done and actually does it.... That's pride in your work... Bravo...

Great work by Official Pest Prevention. I had an issue with wasps all over the exterior of my house. I called after hours for an appointment and was able to get ahold of someone immediately. They sent a team out the next day, and they spent an hour working around my house to eradicate the wasp problem. They were very friendly and professional, and said if I’m not satisfied within a few days to call and have them come back. I’m glad I signed up for recurring service, these guys are great!

Trust worthy.... they show up! I have cameras so I know if they have done servicing. Last company insisted they service was done however, no one was on the camera footage ..... they were rude and charged me for â NOT â doing their service... they are crooks... official should get their clients... R & D pest out of Rio Vista. The wife is a unstable and extremely unprofessional individual.

The technician who came out to spray was understanding of the flea problem I was having in my home. She gave me pointers as to what I could do to keep the fleas at bay in conjunction with the pesticide that was sprayed.

They are just a good service all around and the payments are very reasonable

Efficient, friendly and clean! They found the dead rat in the attic, sprayed for spiders and laid traps for any stragglers or new rodents. I have also hired them to come out and do routine service.

The three is because I am waiting to see how long it is effective. If the ants come back in three weeks I will be unhappy.
