Inspector was professional, punctual, and I thought, thorough. It was only after a second company was contracted, that we found a termite entry point that was not found by the first inspector, I was only given one option for treatment, and my husband and I agreed to use a different service with a more appealing treatment program. The cost was not a factor!

I placed my request through HomeAdvisor and received a call within 10 minutes. The process was easy and rep I spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable.

The main reasons I need the pest control are mud wasps and spiders, which I made clear to the company from the beginning. I was told that the nests would be removed so I expected the mud to be removed. We had to point out to the very friendly and polite technician that the mud was still there. He made an attempt to remove the mud with what he called a scraper, but was just the end of his spider web pole . We were left with the mud under the eaves and a small wasp nest above our front door. This morning, I used a regular nozzle, with a jet spray selection, on my garden hose and removed the mud easily. We also were not happy with the quality of the spider web removal. We still have lots of webs around. The tech suggested that he might recommend that the company spend 45 minutes on our house because we live by the river and get more spiders and wasps. I asked about the price difference and didn?t get a clear answer. I still don?t understand why the company did not expect what they found because I was very clear about the reason we needed a pest control company AND they had our address from the beginning. We are not going to keep this service as it doesn?t seem to fit our needs.

They are good about coming out on time and fast during this market, but do not believe what they put on the report. The guy Trent came out and he told me oh it's a little dry rot fungus, nothing major. Then sends a report with pics of his stick poking at chipped paint and a $18k estimate. It doesn't even cost that much to replace my entire roof, yet alone some sheathing. A crock of..... that's my Realtor instincts calling it what it is. I see this all the time, especially in this market. Another big company came out and said oh it's just chipped paint, your home is in great condition. Got a clear termite report. Get a second opinion even if you have to spend a little money to have someone come out guys. This company is bogus, or at least this guy is.
