Within 5 minutes of submitting my service request through HomeAdvisor.com, Titus called me to discuss my issue. We booked a time for someone to come to my home to assess my situation the next day. I appreciated Titus' responsiveness and professionalism. My tech, Ronnie Guiillermo, showed up inside the appointment time. He even called me to tell me he was 15-20 minutes from my house. Ronnie quickly assessed my situation and fixed my issue. He was through and efficient. He even left a odor bag to help absorb the odor. I'd definitely use these guys again!

They're great! Same day service! Our rat problems are on the way to being a thing of the past! We've signed on for regular 3 mos. service. I believe we will be pleased with that service as well.

VERY TIMELY, COOPERATIVE AND ANSWERED MY MANY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS REGARDING RIDDING OF RATS. IT IS TOO EARLY TO SAY IT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL, BUT I AM HOPING FOR THE BEST AND WILL CONTINUE WITH THEIR 6 MONTH SERVICE UPKEEP TO FINISH UP THE JOB. THEY WILL COMEOUT IF A ODOR EXISTS IN THE ATTIC AND REMOVE ANYTHING AT NO CHARGE. A FEW THINGS WERE MISSED BUT THEY CALLED TO SCHEDULE A COMPLETION IMMEDIATELY.

The service was very good. He arrived on time and was courteous. The only thing is....he was already gone and we realized he had not sprayed inside the garage. The sales person who called us had said he would spray inside the garage. However, overall this was a good experience with this company.

The contractor showed up on time. I was well pleased with the pest control service and installation of pigeon spikes on the house...I no longer have pigeon landing near my windows!!! The young man providing the termite and and pest prevention was very professional. I recommend and would use this company again.

They were fast & thorough.

Company installed screen on one area where the pigeons where nestingi also have 3 areas where they installed a spike. 2 days after installation one of the spikes fell off and pigeons where back again. Called company for the 2 years warranty and they said they will call back for schedule. I kept calling for 4 days and same answer. They keep saying that the technician is not available. 400$ is quite expensive for 1 chicken wire and 3 spikes and poor customer service. They responded in one day and they resolved the situation
