No Moss

Excellent everything! It was great how they listed the prices of all the different things on my property to de-moss. I could just pick what I wanted. The photos they took of my roof before made my insurance company happy with the after photos. I also appreciated the detail to personal safety they used even on my one story house.

Gutters were cleaned. Expensive, but the job was done very well and promptly. Crew was efficient and cleaned up; they did not leave a mess. I would use them again.

I love that the work is guaranteed for five years in the event that any of the bacterial growth should reappear and it’s transferrable if you sell your house. I did find it very costly to have done. There’s really no one else that provides this service but I know that the price more than doubled in a little over 3 years from the first time I got a quote to the second quote which is the one I ended up paying for obviously. The owner is a wonderfuly kind, smart and thorough man and his crew was short handed that day so it was just he and his son to do the work. Needless to say it took longer but they were able to get the work done. Even though they clean up the moss debris after they’re done with the job, I did find clumps of moss in various locations around the perimeter of the house. All this being said, the owner Chris is highly knowledgeable, a hard worker, very sweet and knows his work. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive. Would definitely recommend them.

Very thorough, polite and did a great job with the windows!

Chris and his son were very professional and did a great job getting years of moss off my roof. I too received pictures from him of my roof from various angles which was nice to have as reference. I have a two story house with a 12/12 pitch roof so it’s very steep but the did a great job. They were short handed that day so it took them longer (about 5:5 hours), but they worked hard. I did have to clean up some clumps of Moss in areas around the perimeter of the house and had to hose off my patio furniture but all in all the roof looks so much better. He said it will look even better after the first good rain as the water reactivates the ”moss sauce” they spray to remove all the moss and bacteria. It’s kind of expensive but needs to be done.

The crew were very nice, polite and did an excellent job. Chris emailed me a thorough set of pictures of the top of my roof as well. It was amazing to see what he saw up there!

No Moss' Chris Lombardo and his crew did an excellent job cleaning the moss off of my shake roof. They also cleaned my walls, windows, front walk and retaining wall. It all looks so much better! I gladly recommend them to anyone needing their service.

They were okay. I was a bit disappointed in that the roof wasn't "clean" after it was all said and done. Later being told it would take a couple months for everything to fall off. Not sure whether it was worth the price paid or not.

After the roof cleaning, One of my neighbors asked me later whether I had a new roof put on.

The roof wasn't left as clean as I expected. There are still areas where the moss was that have residue which they say will dry and flake off - I'll have to wait and see. There was other leaf-type residue left on the roof - I would have expected that to be cleaned off. I didn't include window cleaning in the package, but I didn't expect them to leave cleaning solution streaked on them. I had to hose several windows off, and one I can't get to because it is at the highest peak of the 2 story house that would require climbing on the roof. the staff was courteous, but overall, I feel I paid way too much for what the service was.

This is an EXCELLENT company to work with. Chris Lombardo does exactly what you have contracted with him to do. He and his team are professional and very pleasant. Providing great service is very important to them. I was more than pleased with the final project. They not only cleaned up after themselves in my yard, but they also made it a point to clean up any mess that may have made its' way over into my neighbors yard. I would definitely give them a 100% thumbs up!

House looks great! Also glad to see the "green" washed away from my cement and backyard fence!
