Not well at all, they were sent under our AHS Home Warranty. They proceeded to break the faucet more where it needed replacement. Once we needed a new faucet they wouldn't work with us on a comparable replacement. We ended up buying our own and hiring and paying for an installer outside of AHS. We have had many plumbers in the past through AHS but these guys were the worst!

Not only did Ed "Owner" not fix my water heater but he broke the pipes to my sink in the garage and refused to fix it! He left me a single mom, US disabled Veteran without hot water for two weeks. He never even capped off the pipe he cut undet the sink which led to water leaking all over every time someone used the downstairs bathroom sink. And I didn't discover this until days later. This man a plummer yelled at me saying I should have told him it was hooked up .?? My reply was that he's a plummer why didn't he just turn the faucet on? He said if i wanted hot Water then i better go get the receipt he gave me initially so He can write in that he's not liable for the damage! I said your a plummer why can't you jusfix it? He said i was wasting his time and he's barely getting paid anything anyway. I ran upstairs called Insurence explained everything. When they asked to speak to him he was passed and said to me " I knew u went upstairs to call them" after that he told the he wasn't fixing anything and he took the new water heater and left. He never drained the water heater or connected the return pipe which would have taken 10min tops when he first came and seen it leaking. So for over a week the water heater was leaking everytime we ran the water in the house causing more and more water damage.This was up there in the "Worse companies " list. He was super unprofessional and spiteful. His office lady was the same way. Bad all the way around

Was referred to this company by American Home Shield. I scheduled them to come out ten days in advance. They never showed. I called AHS, who spoke to this contractor, who replied that I never spoke with them or scheduled the appointment, to which my phone records and my fiance's ears disagree. I couldn't believe that such a glaring error could happen with a company that thrives off of responding to plumbing emergencies. I am so glad I went with someone else, even though it means I have to take more time off work. I think it is worth it to have someone reliable, which this company is most certainly not.
Description of Work: Supposed to fix garbage disposal in sink. With how poorly they manage things, thank goodness they didn't show!

OK. Not much to comment on since no work was done. Gentleman was professional and friendly.
Description of Work: MSE was contacted through the home insurance (AHS). They arrived on time, checked the shower cartridge and determined that there was no leak from the cartridge. They informed me that the leak came from the shower pan. Now working with a contractor to replace shower pan.

- Customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive- Plumber had to respond multiple times and still has not resolved problem of lack of hot water.- Followup is poor, need to query them on numerous occasions for minimal information- Billing system is incomplete and archaic- Customer service does not update system on problem, status of plumber, or problem resolution

He understood the problem and went ahead and fixed it. It was done in like a half an hour.
Description of Work: He changed out the cartridge in the master bathroom shower and adjusted the hot water limiter on the other bathroom.
