+ -1 moreOn top of the service every two months, he also cleans out any cobwebs that he sees. He'll also come out to the house between services if I have an issue with any type of pest and he'll take care of it then. At first, I had a list of pests that I had seen which he dealt with and I haven't seen them since he started the services.
Description of Work: He sprays the outer perimeter of the house every two months.

Description of Work: I WAS IN A RUSH TO GET PEST SERVICE QUICKLY TO ELIMINATE ALLERGENS FOR MY VISITING DAUGHTER AND HASTILY, over the phone. gave my visa to Mission Pest and prepaid a years service for $ 360.00. On reflection I decided to use another pest control service ( former client ) and willingly accepted Mission Pest Control's contractual $ 100.00 early cancellation fee. They had already processed the whole $ 360.00 to my credit card and said they would send me a check for $ 260.00. Their follow-up on my refund was very quick and responsive. Check came early and my bank just confirmed the check cleared. So while no service was done the Owner made good on his word ( small & growing company ) to get me my refund. It was this for honesty and follow - through that I rated them a "B"

Mission Neighborhood Pest Control offers the following services: Our target pests that are treated are roaches, ants, wasp, fleas,mice, rats,earwigs, spiders, and a number of other insects. We offer two services. We offer a one time service for $150 with a 30 day warrenty, or a maintenance plan for $60 bi monthly for a one year agreement. With the maintenance plan if you need extra attention between the two months we come out for free. There are no hidden fees or extra up front cost. We aslo have affordable options for our commercail properties as well.
We do not treat or inspect for termites.
