In looking at other stores, even though my engagement ring is set in white gold, platinum was suggested because it wouldn't tarnish. I had my engagement ring sized by this store (the Elk Grove location), and I told them that I wanted to explore a ring in platinum with a good clarity and a low-level of inclusions. Max, the person we worked with, suggested that I go with white gold, and that I go with a diamond that has some inclusions under magnification, but none under the naked eye. Rather than charge me as much as possible, he was honest. He was also very fair in the pricing. The ring was appraised for more than $800 more than what I paid for it. I couldn't have had a better experience. Additionally, Max invited me into the store to look at the setting and the diamonds separately in order to make sure I was satisfied.
Description of Work: I ordered a custom wedding band for myself and a Tungsten wedding band for my Fiance.

Description of Work: My mom recently passed away and I had questions about some of the jewelry I had inherited. I emailed the company Kenny G Jewelers and they replied quickly and told me to bring my items into the store. I brought several pieces in (few diamond rings/pearls). Without any cost, they let me know the status of the pearls ( real or not) as well as the diamonds. They proceeded to show me possible settings for one of the rings without being pushy about purchasing anything. Our salesperson was Fred and he was awesome! My husband and I shopped around and returned to the store the next day. The actual owner (Kenny G) took it upon himself to examine the diamond and do a thorough check using his special equipment in order to give me the value of the diamond. He did this on his own. He was extremely helpful and genuine. We picked our ring up the following day. They are a great business! I would recommend to others.
