Very good work

Philip was quick to respond to my phone call and he came out the next day to give me a quote. Two days later he came to do the work. He charged a reasonable amount, was quick and very friendly. I would definitely hire him again for work around my home.

Phillip arrived on time and started working right away. He knew just what to do with the dry rot situation and replaced and tested the facuet. I would use Phillip’s services again on jobs around the house.

He is very detail oriented and communication couldn't have been better.

Philip is completely what you want from a handyman, punctual, knowledgable and reasonably priced. We agreed on a price for his services and he came the next day to put in the door. He worked methodically and professionally from the get go. My conversations with him while he worked revealed his depth of knowledge about all things household. Doggie door was put in to my satisfaction, and he came up with an idea for added security when we are away that was genius! Also his quote included additional fee for electrical work if needed when the wall was opened up, but turns out no electrical needed to be done, so he dropped the quote down. Then he got out the staircase ladder and went up 15 feet on the stairwell and got my picture hung. All in all I would highly recommend him for any handyman services, and will definitely be calling on him again!

He exceeded my expectations. Phil stayed on budget and on time. The quality was amazing. He even gave great ideas with design choices, Overall, our kitchen and bathroom looked brand new in the best possible way. Homerun!!!

Philip did a great job with the exterior paint of our home. Very professional and prompt service.

Philip did an excellent job. He cut the tile and made a door (flush with the tile) for future access. There were no cutoff valves when the tub was originally put in. He had to cut the water lines to install the cutoff valves. The new fixtures were different from the originals. He had to drill holes in the tile, float the top of the platform in front of the tub to replace the tile and to install the new fixtures. The sink fixtures went in without a problem. Philip was very knowledgeable, did his job in a timely manner, and was very neat and tidy. We highly recommend him.

After a major storm earlier in this year, our garage ceiling started to collapse. We contacted our insurance company and they refused to cover the cost of repairs ( of course) so after many failed attempts with contractors and handyman, we found Phillip. He assessed the situation and gave a reasonable quote. Phillip was so professional and knowledgeable with construction. He explained every step in detail and was very patient with my questions. I am so impressed with his quality of work and time management. I will definitely use his services again and recommend Philip to my family and friends. (The first two pictures are the before)
