+ -1 moreWE TOOK IT INTO BEST BUY TO BE SERVICED BY THE GEEKS. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND WHAT THEY WOULD NEED TO DO TO REPAIR IT (PRIOR TO ACTUALLY DOING THE WORK). I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WAY THEY RESPECT OUR WISHES.

+ -1 moreInitially the wait time to reach a representative that handles repairs was quite long. Once we reached the representative, their customer service was great and the process went quickly and smoothly.
Description of Work: We purchased a vacuum cleaner from Best Buy and it went bad within the first year. We purchased a four year carry-in repair plan and brought it in for repair. They were unable to repair the vacuum cleaner and unable to replace it because it was a discontinued model. They gave a us a credit for what we paid and allowed us to choose a new vacuum with that credit.

I ONLY PURCHASED MOVIES AND WENT TO ANOTHER STORE TO GET MY COMPUTER FIXED. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHER BEST BUYS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. SO I WOULD GO TO BEST BUY AGAIN, BUT NOT THIS ONE.
