Very impressed with the professional attitude of the entire staff. The installation of the entire solar system, including battery backup, electric car charger and associated electrical interconnections was completed in one day to my amazement. The install looks great since they did not have conduits running across the roof. A very clean and professional install. Follow through with the office staff on rebates and PG&E approvals went smoothly. The only glitch in the process was during the local building permit inspection when someone left one of the critical power circuits in the off position upon completion of the inspection. This happened to power our chest freezer and since we were on a trip, came home to find the freezer off and lost our food. Fortunately, Future Energy Savers accepted responsibility and reimbursed us for our lost food. Other than this one issue, the system is working as promised, the PG&E bill has dropped to a minimal amount and the install looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality solar install.

If you’re looking to have a “Solar System” installed on your home, I would highly recommend Future Energy Savers in Elk Grove. We had Ms. Adrianna visit us for our solar system consultation. A pleasant, young lady who thoroughly explained all the details of what “Solar” is all about. There were a lot of equipment choices and Adrianna gladly explained the pros and cons. She compared cost and performance of each equipment, even battery options. She covered everything, most of my questions were answered before I had a chance to ask. Very knowledgeable. She is also very patient, explaining things a few times until we understood. We did not feel pressured or rushed to purchase anything, we felt comfortable. The day of the installation two guys “Paul and ?” show up on time. Sorry I don’t remember the other persons’ name. Very nice guys, after a quick explanation of what their plan of attack was, they were on it. Amazing work, the whole installation went smooth and it looks good. They cleaned up and left no thrash. Thank you for the quality install guys. The email and phone communications with the office were precise and prompt. You know the rate hikes from PG&E is here and more to come. It was an easy decision for us to go solar.

Solar rep Dale Groat, stop by my home on a cold call. I don’t normally speak with solicitors but, on this day I allowed Dale to make his pitch. My average usage wasn’t very high but, I decided to give a solar a shot anyway. As I understood, the costs/ payment on the new solar system would essentially average out to be the same amount I was paying PGE monthly. While working with the Future Solar staff I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The process start to finish took about 4 weeks, and this included but, was not limited to the paperwork, installation, city inspections and PGE connectivity. Upon receiving my first full months PGE bill it appeared for the same period from last year, to be an estimated reduction of $140.00. However, the Net Energy Meting (NEM) charges appear to have accrued for this month and showed a balance of $80.32. So, I believe the real tell tell story regarding the cost savings will be more apparent once I receive the “true-up” bill in July 2020. I am looking forward to seeing what my overall costs/ savings will be once I receive my true-up bill from PGE in July 2020.

Future has been by far the best option I've found out there. I've been researching just about every company and pitch for the last 2 years after installing the new roof. The sales rep Briana was an amazing seller and answered all our questions. She did not push and was patient until I did my research. They have been the best deal on the market. Now the cost I was paying PG&E for my electric is lower then what I pay to BUY my solar system!! Now with the PG&E rates climbing it's a no brainer not to go this direction. We were very pleased with Future Energy Savers, as they installed as much as our circuits could handle without changing the entire breaker box, saving us thousands! I had given up on ever having a solar system. I've had five consultations over the past few years from various solar installers but because I have a very small house and I am careful with energy use my usage was too low for any of these companies to make a reasonable offer to me. Future Energy Savers set me up with a (small) system and offered competitive terms for the system and financing. The installation was done quickly and professionally, and I'm absolutely delighted with it. Since I'm now self-producing all the electric power I need I subsequently upgraded my HVAC system and now have a/c, which has made my house very comfortable during the hot summer days. The customer service and communication from everyone at Future Energy—from the sales agent and the engineer and installation techs to online office/administrative staff—has been superlative: professional, friendly, prompt. The process was thoroughly laid out and every step proceeded smoothly. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

Simply amazing! From the salesman at the El Dorado County Fair to the staff at the office, our experience could not have been more perfect or pleasant! Punctual, professional and delivered all that was promised. With so many companies to choose from we are happy to report we ended up with one that we will always refer with a smile!

We can't say enough about Future Energy Savers. Dale, the sales representative, came to our house on a Monday and described in great detail the system and how it works leaving us feeling very confident we were making a great decision going with their company. Six days later the installers arrived and did a professional installation that looks fantastic. We monitor the system daily and are excited to see how much energy the panels save us each month. This company goes above and beyond pleasing their customers and the employees are nice and professional. We would definitely recommend them.

Future Energy Savers is a great company. The installation was clean, efficient and effective. The installers came on time and the job was finished in one day! They did not hard sell pressure us. We only have the number of panels we need and not a lot of panels we can't or wouldn't use. The cost was reasonable. There was no mess to clean up or left over parts lying in the yard when the installation was complete. They're customer service is superb. We called them and they came out because we wanted to make sure the solar panel system was not effected by the changes were were making in our electric system in our home after the installation. We couldn't be happier and it feels good to lower our electric bill. Thank you so very much Future Energy Savers.

We are so HAPPY we used Future Energy Savers. From the gentleman who knocked on our door with his sincerity about Future Energy, to the salesman Dale who came to our house and explained everything without being pushy and not trying to sell us an system that would cover every inch of our roof (like other companies), the finance department was extremely friendly and helpful trying to secure use financing, to the installers who were friendly and respectful to our home and Cody you came out for closeout appt who went over the final steps and questions. This company is top notch, I will be recommending them to anyone who is interested in solar!!

Dale was our energy consultant and was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable about the product! We had already done some research, but he patiently answered all of our questions and explained a lot of things we hadn't even thought to ask about. We had already decided to get solar, but didn't want to buy from any high pressure company that felt pushy or "weaselly". F.E.S. are neither of those things. Dale explained how to chose the correct number of panels for our needs, and the ability to add more panels if needed - say if we added a pool or discotheque for instance. (Those glitter balls use a lot of energy!) Our next appointment happened quickly, when our roof was assessed for panel placement. Installation was done in one day by punctual, courteous installers, who were prepared for the over 100 degree temperature day. F.E.S. took care of all inspections and contacts with SMUD, and all the necessary permitting. The only delay to using our solar immediately was waiting for SMUD to inspect and sign off on the project, which was about a 2 week wait. Any time I had a question, all I had to do was call the office to get an answer. Basically , all we have had to do is go out to watch the electric meter run backwards. And I admit to doing that quite frequently and getting an enormous feeling of satisfaction from it. I also check the website frequently (bookmarked it...) to see what we are producing with our solar system, and i can now quote my "carbon emissions saved" and "equivalent number of trees planted"...You gotta have something to brag about... Our only other maintenance will be to hose off the panels (from the safety of the ground) all of the ash that has settled from the wildfires. Even if we don't hose them off, the efficiency of the panels is very high. (I think they said above 90%) The under $20K estimate was also a surprise - below what I was expecting, plus with almost $6000.00 in tax credits and added rebates, the final cost was under $13,000.00. Combine that with the fact that SMUD has to purchase back the excess energy we produce, at the same price as SMUD charges, it seemed like a smart choice. As the days get shorter, our solar energy production will lessen, but it will be countered by the excess production in the spring and summer months. Our monthly SMUD bills are about $20, but that is solely for the privilege of being connected to the electrical grid. At the end of the year is the bill that has non-solar electric usage minus solar production buy back... Future Energy Savers is definitely a professional group that uses quality equipment, is courteous, efficient, and makes the process extremely easy for the homeowner. Two thumbs up.

After deciding to pursue solar, Future Energy was the fourth company we received a pitch from. If you're thinking about installing solar (and now is the time to do it because the tax credit goes away soon), skip the sales pitches from other companies and just reach out to Future Energy. Every aspect of the experience was outstanding. The pitch from Dale was low-key and well-delivered. The roof assessment was quick and thorough. The two technicians who handled the installation started and finished early. Financing was easy. Customer service was responsive and friendly. In short, THIS is the way every company out there should be operating.

Scheduled an appointment with Future Energy Savers after meeting a representative at a Earth Day event. Kevin explained the options available to us, the differences between the solar panels, answered all our questions and recommended a 4kW system for our house. We decided to go with a panel that would increase the roof guarantee from 10 to 25 years. They offered to work with our homeowner's association but we choose to do that piece ourselves. Everyone that we talked to or met with was friendly and professional from our initial appointment to the close out meeting at project completion. Our system was installed in less than a day. The only slow part of the project was waiting for SMUD to do their part but we were warned about that before we signed our contract. We are looking forward to lower electric bills for years to come.

We have been very happy with Future Energy Savers from the first meeing with Tracy who explained everything in detail and answered all of our many questions. Art and his staff did an amazing install, very quick with no problems whatsoever. Jesus and Rob were very helpful and efficient. We are enjoying watching the meter go backwards!

We did not feel any undue pressure from them to commit to going solar. Talk to Future rep at one of the home shows and scheduled an appointment, also scheduled several others. They came by on-time and ready to share information, not pushy. After comparing them against several others, their numbers made the most sense. Scheduled the installation and BAM!!, done in one day. I just had the house painted and the install team painted the conduit to match without blinking an eye. Received our first bills and the numbers were right on what they said. We are extremely impressed with Future Energy Savers. After years of avoiding the issue of going solar, we saw that our neighbors were getting a system installed. We received the company information from the representatives canvassing the neighborhood and after speaking with them, decided to see what was involved. I assumed the consultation would be overwhelmingly complicated and we would be pressured into signing with them. I was wrong. We weren't pressured at all and during the meeting, we realized that the options offered fit our home. The installation was a one day process. The team members were courteous and considerate, and by the time they were done, I couldn't even tell they were here. The final meeting included a thorough explanation of the system and what the homeowner should do. We are now saving money and wish we had gone solar sooner. I highly recommend Future Energy Savers. Future Energy took care of all aspects of the upgrade and installation. Their staff handled the complete process in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner. We had a 17 panel system installed, and the system’s performance exceeds our expectations. The installation took place in November, at the start of the rainy season. I was surprised to see electricity production even on cloudy days; and on days with a few hours of sunshine the production covers the day-time consumption, leaving only the night hours of usage to be paid for. I expect that at the end of the rainy season, solar production will pick up rapidly and we will have a net surplus to feed back into the power grid.

I am very impressed with the level of professionalism of Future Energy Savers. They came to my house at my request to discuss the benefits of solar and what they have to offer. They were extremely thorough in answering my questions and at the end of their presentation it just made sense to me and my situation to go ahead with purchasing solar for my home. I have to stress that at no time was i pressured into making a decision on buying solar from them. They simply showed me their product and left me alone to decide if solar would be beneficial or not. Since my 3kw solar system has been installed, I have seen my energy bills begin to drop. What's even better is to see my daily energy production and watching my usage from the grid being dramatically offset. Thank you so much to the exceptional staff at Future Energy Savers. Everything was great! They were very friendly, informative and all around helpful from the very beginning of the process. We (they) had some major scheduling issues with PG&E during the process because we needed our electrical box upgraded, but they kept me informed of what was going on during that issue as well. We researched other companies and this one has some of the highest quality product available. If you're looking to go solar, I would definitely recommend them!!

Solar went great. PG&E are overloaded so we are still awaiting the Panel Upgrade, but that was not Future Energy Savers' fault. Quality Product/Great Service/Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff...Quick and Effective Installation. Thank you Future Energy Savers!
