They were quick and efficient, and they did the work as promised.

They did a great job with the installation, and they are doing well with the monitoring of the system, too. My only objection is that they charge a $12 fee for distributing power from my system back into the electrical grid.

They did a good job with the installation, and the system has been running well since that point. They are a bit pricey, but this is primarily because I opted for microinverters instead of centralized inverters and that they used American panels.

Everything went well with the installation, and I haven't had any problems since that point in time.

I had Future Energy Savers install solar panels on my home. I like that they was straight forward with the benefits I would get from installing the solar power panels. The quality is amazingly well. I would highly recommend them to others to use for other sources of energy.

The quote was very much just a lump sum payment. They didn’t detail out like the panels are so much, the installation is so much and then getting the permits was so much. They just said the whole amount is so much and that is what they want from me in order to do that. I wasn’t quite happy with that type of quote, but they wouldn’t go into any further detail. The quote was written on a piece of paper and that was it. The quote was $86000. I didn’t like that they wouldn’t specify how they came up with that amount of money. They didn’t want to lay out the amount of money. They didn’t want to lay out where they would put the actual panels on my roof. They said that happens all after I sign on the dotted line, and then they do the feasibility. I told them that I want to know if it's even possible first before I sign anything and they wouldn’t do that. I was not overly happy. They seemed to be a somewhat reputable company since they have been in business for quite some time. But their customer service is definitely a little bit on the weak side. Their responsiveness was great. The person that was at my house to give me the quote simply appeared not to have the necessary knowledge about what he was actually quoting on.

We had a solar consultation in which Future Energy went over the benefits of solar. The sales person told us a lot of things that made us want to sign up right away. (E.G.- federal and state rebates expiring.) We signed a contract with them that night. The following day I contacted a couple of other solar companies. The other companies said that the sales person from future energy lied to us and that the rebates are set through 2016. Come to find out, he also way underestimated the amount of solar panels we needed, and told us that his system would provide us nearly all the power we would need.

Made an appointment for a sales visit, which went well. so I placed an order for further detailed information. Two days later a tech came and studied our situation, he laid out a potential arrangement for the panels and indicated the prospect of its productivity. After which I confirmed the order and made a down payment. Twelve days later I received a call that the plan had been approved by the city and permits issued and that they would come 2 days later to install the system. A crew arrived on 4/12/2011 about 8:30 and went to work. Placing the support system in place on the roof. They were friendly and efficient. Additional crew arrived about 12:30, bringing the solar panels and the additional materials for making the connecton. The panels were installed. The necessary circuit boxes were installed. Wires were pulled and the connection made. The system was fully in place and operational by 4:30/5:00 pm.
