I called and left a message and the call was punctually returned. We set up a time and the technician arrived right on time. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. As he was working, I asked him lots of questions and wanted to see how he fixed the lock. He explained things clearly to me and I learned a lot. The quality of work was excellent and the price was good. I would definitely use them again.

They were excellent, on time, good and reasonable. They also have a huge inventory of keys, it would be almost impossible to find a key that they could not match or make.

Sacramento Locksmith Services came out and replace the door knob on the bedroom. They did a good job and I was pleased with the service.

They arrived on time, and was very nice. He rekeyed 7 locks in under an hour on our new home. I wll use this company again!

Bought a new house and wanted to get all locks re-keyed for security purposes. Elk Grove Lock re-keyed all existing locks to accept the same key. They also diagnosed and repaired a problem with the front door handle lock. All work was done in their shop while I waited. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

They were perfect. There were clerks there to help me. The keys were made in five minutes. The quality was excellent. They were also cheap.

When I called for an appointment and cost estimate I asked if I might save money by buying the lock sets myself. No offense was taken and I was told could probably save a few dollars by buying the sets. I provided the locks and the technician installed them and keyed them with no difficulty. I received a call to let me know the technician was enroute and when to expect him. He arrived a few minutes early and the installation went very smoothly. I can recommend Sacramento Locksmith Services and will use them again.

I called and was told they would come the following day at 3:00 pm. They never showed. I called and spoke with the receptionist who apologized and promised to send someone on time the next day. Although I was annoyed that I waited at my new vacant home for 2 hours to see if they would come, they came promptly the next day and the service was very professional. I do understand there are sometimes glitches in scheduling, so I was willing to give them a second chance and I'm glad I did.

He was very prompt and very pleasant, yet focused on what needed to be done. In my opinion, he did a great job and even accepted a 10% coupon that I printed from their website.

It went very well. I called them the night that we realized the keys had been stolen. Left a message on several plumbers' lines and Ted was the only one who called back that night but unfortunately he had 3 other calls to make and no-one else on hand to come out. So in the morning I called again, got Ted on the line was told that he'd be here between 9 and 9:30, which was a REALLY pleasant surprise as opposed to the 3 or 4 hour window they normally give you! He was just slightly late but parking near my place on a work day can be tough, so I didn't mind too much. He did the job quickly and thoroughly and was extremely polite and professional. Oh and he was able to cut me more keys than the usual pair so I got several keys on the spot. I acutally ended up paying $5 less than he quoted and he broke down the payment on his invoice so I was able to see how my total added up. All in all, superb service. I will DEFINITELY use them again if I need to.

The technician was on time and worked quickly. They provided sameday service and the office dispatcher gave me an hour heads up when the technician was on his way; that way I didn't have to sit around and wait all day. I did have a little trouble understanding the technician's English, but other than that it was a good experience. I had a 10% coupon that saved me some money (printed from their website).

This same company changed the key six months ago and did not mention a screw missing and if he didn't lose it, he certainly didn't replace it. This time the guy re-installed the lock with thumb knob in the opposite direction than we had it before. I did not notice it until he left. My husband has memory issues. To have this lock opposite the front door lock was going to cause a great deal of confusion. I left a message. The next day, I received a message that he would be out that day to fix the problem. I called the office to verify the time and was told it would be after 12noon. I waited until 3:30P before I called to say I could not wait any longer just to be told that there was a "misstep" and the guy was not coming out. I was asked what time I wanted him out the next day. I stated 9AM. At 9:20A I called just to be told he had not left the office yet and would be here in 30 minutes. The guy showed up and gruffly asked me to show him how I wanted the thumb knob. He fixed it. No apologies for us losing a whole day waiting on him yesterday. No apologies for being late today. Nothing.

I was burglarized Thursday 10/18/07 and called Friday to set up re-keying all my locks for Saturday. I would have been happier if they could have done the job on Friday, but I called another locksmith who said that he would come out Friday and then canceled. I would rate Sacramento Locksmith with A's for all categories. Service call was 65$, each deadbolt was $10.50 to change.

It was a really nice guy who came out, he was really fast as I didn t have to wait outside for long at all. He also went the extra mile to make me two keys instead of one. I liked his assistance and I would use them again if I locked myself out. My husband paid for the job so I'm not sure how much it was.

We have used them before in the past and they are efficient and everything always works great. He is a nice guy and he arrives on time. They are very nice and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.

MY HOUSE LOCK TO MY FRONT DOOR WAS BROKEN WHEN MY SON TRIED TO USE THE WRONG KEY TO GET IN. THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED THE LOCK AND REPLACED THE KEYS QUICKLY.
