Description of Work: I have a Mac computer and it is hard to find someone to come to your home. Elk Grove computer told me they lost there Mac expert but they had another employee who was Mac knowledge. The employee fixed the problem and knowledgable to do all of the computer item I wanted done. I am very satisfied with the work done and would call them again.

+ -1 moreMy computer crashed when a virus got into my system. I wanted a place where I could take the laptop rather than someone coming onto my rural property. This fit the bill. I brought it in to Dennis. He is very professional and experienced. When I went in to pick it up, he showed me how to clean out the dust on the inside and then installed more memory for me, to speed up performance.
Description of Work: cleaned virus off computer hard drive, reinstalled my programs, upgraded memory
