They were professional. Used bead blasting technique with tiny glass beads with protective covers on exposed plastic components. After cleaning was complete, they used a vaccum to remove the glass beads from the pondsand surrounding areas. Final scraping with a metal tool in hard to reach areas completed the job. Minor negative: Later, I found that they left some of the used glass beads on a square foot of lawn, most of which I cleaned up. The residual glass beads are inhibiting the grass growth in that area. I still need to reclean that lawn area.

Darren, the owner of Elite Pool Tile Cleaning is a professional throughout. He arrived on time, explained the process, measured the pool, provided an estimate and used state-of-the-art equipment to complete the job. After lowering the pool's water level by about 6" (the water was pumped into the city's sewage lines, not the gutter), he used glass impact beads to remove all calcium deposits. The pool looks brand new. Darren vaccumed the pool afterwards, removing all debris. He then applied a sealant that's designed to slow future build-up of calcium. I recommend Elite Pool Tile Cleaning without hesitation. Anyone using this service will be pleased with the results and the fair price charged for the service.

This is the only company I will have clean my tile. I've had bad luck with other companies in the past. Darren does a great job! He is always very professional and punctual. He also pointed out areas in the pool where the plaster was coming out and mentioned that I will probably need to have the pool re-plastered within the next couple of years. This is the second time I've used Elite and I am extremely satisfied.

Wonderfully! They first stopped by on the way to finish another job in the area so they could give me a estimate. They told me a approximate time when they would return. They called around that time to let me know that it would be another hour which was fine. They came back and took about 1 hour to do the job. The fountain looks like new!

I found Darren to be very professional. My initial phone call was returned promptly. Darren quickly scheduled time to view, and measure the pool. He quickly assembled a detailed bid for doing the job. He was able to reccomend a Tile repair company, for work to be done (mortar replacement, broken tiles fixed, etc.) after he was done. He was prompt at arriving when he said he would, and had all the details worked out for his job (declorination of pool water into storm drain, etc.) I watched him take great care and pride after the tiles were cleaned, to wipe them down with a sealer. When they were done, the pool tiles looked great. Their "luster" is back. I am really pleased about the outcome, and will have Darren back again.

We have a large pool 1 1/2 x normal size. Our waterfall had cemeical deposits and stains on the boulders. I had 2 other companies out before and could not remove all of the stain. Elite came out work diligently to get the job done right. No more chemical deposits. While he was here doing such a great job we had him clean the tile as well. He gave us a great price. Very nice, responsible gentleman.I highly recommend him and we will be using him again.

They were very punctual and went right to work....they informed me of each step they would be doing...they never left job or took a break until after work done, which took about 3.5 hours. I was very impressed with them.

When we phoned, I was offered a rough estimate and told that he would give me a firm number on the day that the work was to be done. I was also told if I did not like the final price, I would not have to have the service complete, no questions asked. The entire process was explained to me before they even came to our home. On the appointment day, the final estimate was actually less than the original rough estimate. Our pool tiles look like they are brand new, the work was done quickly, they did a complete clean up after the job, and they were VERY pleasant, while offering hints to help prevent some of the calcium build up in the future. We will not hunt around when we need our pool tiles cleaned next time, we will call Elite Pool Tile Cleaning back immediately
