Description of Work: We scheduled an Angie's list $89.00 special tile roof inspection. Mr. Freeman cancelled our first appointment due to rain, and made a second appointment for 1 1/2 weeks later. He confirmed the appointment and gave a time ahead of that date, and arrived a few minutes early in spite of light showers. He was thorough in his examination of the roof, caulked a few broken tiles and re-situated several that had come loose. In his opinion there was no other work to be done. Excellent service.

Description of Work: We had a service call on our fireplace yesterday done by Corey Peterson and wanted the company know what a great technician he is. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. We are very pleased with his service. He worked late to make sure our fireplace was working properly and answered all our questions and concerns. A great tech! Thanks, Corey!

+ -1 moreThe fireplace insert we bought from Custom Fireside is the best home improvement we have made in more than 20 years. Their service and range of products are outstanding. The sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The fireplace insert has improved our quality of life tremendously. We saved money on our utility bills and couldn't be more satisfied.
Description of Work: We purchased a gas fireplace insert from Custom Fireside. Their staff advised us on the available options for our existing fireplace, which we wanted to convert from a traditional wood-burning fireplace to one with a gas insert. We were able to view a wide range of products in their showroom. The sales staff supplied us with comprehensive printed materials on the features and energy savings, energy efficiency, etc., of each product we were considering. After we made our choice, they installed the insert and helped us through the process of applying for and obtaining utility rebates. The crew who did the install were meticulous about cleaning up and took a lot of care to lay tarps, etc., to protect the floor and keep the work area clean.

+ -1 moreThey sold my original stove to someone else and gave me one that did not work as well. The installers did not train on the product at all. I would pass on this company.
Description of Work: We purchased a pellet stove to heat our home. We had it delivered and installed.
