+ -1 moreIt was very good, he helped me a lot. I didn't have anything negative, he did what he said he would do and did it in a timely manner. He even called back to see if everything was working okay. I haven't had any trouble since.
Description of Work: Bytemaster helped me with a conflict with WIndows 7 and a pdf file.

+ -1 moreHe took about an hour and a half to fix both computers. He patiently explained what he was doing. I needed to upgrade the RAM on the desktop. He went online to find which RAM was compatible with my comnputer, demonstrated how to install it when I buy it, and gave me the name of a place to buy it. He also fixed the image to fit my wide-screen monitor. On the laptop he also set it up for Japanese/English use, and added 512K of RAM.
Description of Work: Both my desktop and laptop computers were running slow and would sometims stop when booting up, plus other problems.

+ -1 moreSpent way too long trying to fix it myself. Finally checked Angie's List and found someone with good recommendations and is close. He showed up right on time and solved all my issues, PLUS! Very professional, knowedgable, and personable. He explained what he was doing and gave advice on updating my system. Would certainly use him again.
Description of Work: Had trouble with printer and removing adobe acrobat.

+ -1 moreThis was the third time I used this company for my computer problems and could not be more pleased with the service provided. He is very polite, extremely knowledgeable, personable and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone having problems with a computer.
Description of Work: He did the replacement of the inner power supply on my computer. The technician diagnosed the problem over the phone. He arrived as scheduled and took care of the problem.

+ -1 moreI HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER. IT WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE BUT THE DESKTOP. THESE GUYS CAME IN AND GOT OUR COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT. THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB.
Description of Work: I HAD THEM REFORM MY HARD DRIVE AND INSTALL AN OPERATING SYSTEM.
